My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a huge and comfortable bed, alongside modern and functional furniture. However, the rooms tended to be very hot at times. The service was mostly friendly, except for the breakfast staff who were unfortunately super rude and careless. The location was the best part of the hotel, allowing easy access to the main touristic places of interest in Berlin. The dining experience, while offering a large selection of diverse and tasty dishes, was still a buffet style with some hygiene concerns. The facilities were adequate, but there were a few issues with the underpowered AC causing discomfort.
